The McDermott is a new construction 5 story, 20 Residential Unit/1 Commercial Unit building that sits at the corner of Ridge Avenue and Broad Street in North Philadelphia.  Deep cornices at each floor set horizontal lines on the buildings facade and help to set up the window bay pattern across the 3 elevations of the building.
