This historic home was purchased with the goal of “breaking open” the existing rooms, creating a better flow for modern living. Walls were carefully selected and removed to make visual connections between spaces. Rooms were reappointed with new living functions to foster daily family activity. Gray-stained white oak, statuarietto marble, and glass elements were added to balance the deep-stained wood floors throughout.
