This new construction 4 story 15 unit apartment building with ground floor commercial space sits at the new traffic roundabout at York Street, Trenton Avenue and Frankford Avenue in the East Kensington Area of Philadelphia.  The buildings design uses elements found in local historic buildings as design influences.  Brick and stone tracery create the feel of an arcade along the main Avenue facades and the radius plays off of the circle that sits to its south.
