This project will fill in a triangular shaped lot where Passyunk Avenue meets S. 5th Street.  The corner is rounded in the tradition of buildings that hold a very angular corner.  A commercial space sits on the ground floor with a one story second floor unit and a two story third and fourth floor unit.
