Located in Collingswood Nj, this 3,000 sf restaurant is designed around the chef/owner’s passion for woodfire cooking. Earthy materials and textures are incorporated to complement the flavors prepared from the brick cooking hearth. The lighting design is approached with careful sensitivity with the use of hidden ambient lighting that delicately enhances the warm tones of the suspended wood ceiling. American cherry table tops nestle up to custom designed banquette seating, appointed with hand-crafted upholstery. In the private dining area a custom steel & brass candelabra gently illuminates a dining table sourced locally from a single slab of ash. During the temperate seasons, the exterior doors along the restaurant’s perimeter are fully opened up like bellows, allowing patrons to enjoy al fresco dining both inside or outside over the heated stone floor.
